RAINBOW CAKE | |
2 baked white layers, cooled 1 pkg. lime Jello 1 pkg. cherry or strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Place cakes, top side up, on clean glass pans. Prick cakes with fork at 1/2" intervals. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Pour carefully over cakes. Chill 3 to 4 hours. Dip one cake pan in warm water 10 seconds. Turn into serving plate. Top with 1 cup Cool Whip. Unmold second layer. Frost all with remaining Cool Whip. Very good for Christmas. |
