FRUIT PIZZA 
1 can crescent roll
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. coconut or chopped nuts
Desired fruit: strawberries, Kiwi, peach, banana, pineapple

Press crescent rolls into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Cream together: cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar. Spread over cooled crust. Place fruit on. Cut desired slice or square. Sprinkle coconut over top. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.

Drain pineapple, save juice. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice and cut bananas into it before placing on top. This keeps them from turning brown.
