3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

In a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, combine all ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
