CREPES 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter

Mix until smooth.

Bake on both sides until browned in small greased skillet. Batter is thin. Pour just a little in skillet and tilt until it covers the bottom. Grease or oil again for next crepe.

May be eaten like pancakes or with cream cheese on top or with powdered sugar.
