DILL PICKLE SALAD 
2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 (#2) can crushed undrained pineapple
1 c. grated dill pickles
1/4 tsp. salt

Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Mix 1 1/2 cups water, vinegar and sugar and bring to boil. Add pineapple, pickles and salt. Mix all together and chill until firm. Great with pork.
