FIVE HOUR NO PEEK STEW | |
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat 5 carrots, cut 5 potatoes, cut 1-2 lg. onions, cut 1 lg. can tomatoes 1/2 c. water 2 tbsp. tapioca 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Put in a large covered dish and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours. Don't peek as pot loses steam. |
