NO - PEEK OVEN STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew beef, cubed
5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 c. cut up celery
4 tbsp. minute tapioca
5 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
3 1/2 c. water

In layers, place all ingredients in order given into a large roasting pan with cover or use tin foil to cover pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Do not open oven door until done AND DO NOT MIX (very important).
