NO PEEK STEW 
1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
4 potatoes, cubed
4 carrots, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water

Place meat in bottom of pan. Layer potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Mix water and tomato soup together. Pour over meat, etc. Cover and bake for 3 hours at 300 degrees. Do not peek in oven.
