CHICKEN HOISIN 
1/3 c. Red Miso (or 1/4 c. soy sauce)
1/2 c. cream sherry
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. beef bouillon

Blend in blender. Cover 1 pound chicken thighs with sauce and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered.
