HOISIN-CHILI MARINADE FOR
CHICKEN/PORK
 
2 cloves garlic
4 slices fresh ginger root
1 scallion
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. honey

Crush garlic and ginger root. Cut scallion in 2 inch pieces. Combine with remaining ingredients. Rub into pork and let stand 2 hours, or rub into chicken and let stand overnight. All ingredients can be found at grocer.
