MEAT PIE 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 med. chopped onion
Saltine crackers
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 c. water

Mix beef and pork, add 1/2 to 1 cup water, cook slowly. Add - salt and pepper and onion while cooking. When done, skim off fat. Leave juices, add crushed saltine crackers and mix into meat until all juice is soaked up. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger and paprika and 3 teaspoons cinnamon. Put in 1 pie shell with lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
