MEATLOAF PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 slice bread, cubed
1/4 c. onion, minced
2/3 c. skim milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt

Mix together and pat out in a 9-inch round cake pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and drain off excess fat.

POTATO TOPPING:

2 c. water
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 oz.)

While meatloaf is baking, heat water, milk, butter and salt in pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in potato flakes. Mix. Spread potatoes on meatloaf. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts (about 3 minutes). Serve hot.
