CRAB NEWBURG 
4 lb. of crab meat (flaked) or 2 lb. of crab meat and 2 lb. of shrimp
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
1/4 c. minced onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. tomato puree or paste
1/2 pint of half and half (1/2 cup)
1 rounded tbsp. Old bay seasoning or 1/2 tbsp. of Tony Chacheres (or more to taste)

Mix all the ingredients except crab. Then add crab meat and cook on stovetop until hot. Serve over rice.

If using 1/2 crab and 1/2 shrimp, add the shrimp just long enough to heat through.
