BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped fine
1 egg, beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers

Cook and drain broccoli place on bottom of casserole dish. Heat soup and onion in sauce pan, add mayonnaise and cheese. Stir until blended. remove for heat, blend in egg. Pour mixture over broccoli in casserole dish and cover with crumpled Ritz crackers.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
