TOMATO - POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 med. potatoes, cooked and diced
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion, sauteed in oil
1/4 tsp. basil

WHITE SAUCE:

Melt 1 stick butter in a sauce pan.

Stir in approximately 3/4 to 1 cup flour into melted butter (until all butter is absorbed) and melted until you have a smooth creamy sauce.

1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c. sour cream

Now layer in a casserole dish potatoes, tomatoes, onions and the sauce. Heat 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
