SEA FOAM SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (16 oz.) can pears, drained and mashed 2 tbsp. milk 1 c. Cool Whip 1 c. pear juice, heated Mix Jello with hot pear juice. Dissolve well. Beat cream cheese and milk together until smooth. Add to Jello. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Add mashed pears and Cool Whip. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves. |
