SEA FOAM SALAD 
1 c. juice from canned pears
1 pkg. lime Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
2 tbsp. cream or milk
2 c. pears, minced
1 c. whipped cream

Bring pear juice to a boil, pour over Jello. When Jello is dissolved and while still hot, pour over the cream cheese which has been blended with the 2 tablespoons creamed or milk. Allow to cool and when slightly thick, add pears and whipped cream. Pour into mold and return to refrigerator until solid.

TOPPING (optional) :
1 c. whipped cream
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 jar pimento cheese spread

Whip marshmallows and cheese spread together. Blend in with whipped cream until smooth.
