1 (3 oz.) pkgs. sugar-free or reg. fruit Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, reg. size, drain the juice and save
1 sm. pkg. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding or reg.
1 c. skim milk or reg. milk
1 med. size Cool Whip or sugar-free whip

Dissolve Jello in 1/2 cup hot water. Add crushed pineapple and 1/2 cup pineapple juice.

In another bowl beat vanilla pudding with 1 cup milk. Add in Cool Whip. Mix all together Jello pineapple mixture with pudding, Cool Whip mixture. Put in refrigerator. Sets up quick!
