POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter
Crushed potato chips

Mix together. Place in 9 x 13 inch casserole, sprinkle top with crushed chips. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
