HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
2 c. cubed ham
2 c. grated cheddar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. crushed chips
3 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cube potatoes. Boil until tender. Put potatoes and ham in a 9"x13" pan. Add butter and soup and stir. In separate bowl, mix sour cream, onions and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine 1/2 cup cheese and chips. Sprinkle over top of casserole and then bake 10 minutes more.
