SPICY CARROT CAKE 
I:

1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs

II:

1 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Mix all ingredients listed in section I for 1 minute at low speed; 2 minutes at medium speed.

Add all ingredients in section II to batter and stir. Pour batter into 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 305 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
