SUGARLESS CHEESE CRISPIES 
1 c. butter
2 c. all purpose flour
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. crisp rice cereal

Combine all ingredients. Stir by hand until well blended. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Form dough into 1" balls and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Using a fork dipped in flour, flatten each ball in a criss cross pattern. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Store in airtight container. Yield: 6 dozen.
