CRISPY CHEESE WAFERS 
1 lb. cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the cheese into 1/16 inch thick slices with wire cheese slicer. Place on a non-stick baking sheet an inch apart fro the cheese to spread. Bake about 30 minutes or until the cheese stops bubbling. Baking time may vary. Remove with a non-stick spatula and cool on wax paper.
