EASY MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/4 head green cabbage, shredded
1 sm. can kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. sm. elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 chicken or vegetable bouillon cubes
3 c. water (more if needed)
2 c. (1 lg. jar) spaghetti sauce

Optional: May add other vegetables such as corn, green beans, zucchini, peas, etc.

Simmer vegetables in water and bouillon until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer until heated, about 5 to 10 minutes longer. Serves 6-8.
