SPAGHETTI PIE 
2 c. cooked spaghetti
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. butter (or Pam)
2/3 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
2 tsp. butter (can use Pam)
1/2 c. each onion and green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
6 oz. cooked ground beef
1 c. whole canned tomatoes, drain and save liquid
2 tsp. tomato paste
2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Crust: Combine first 4 ingredients and place in a pie plate sprayed with Pam. Carefully spread Ricotta cheese over crust and set aside. In skillet, heat butter (I use Pam). Add onion, pepper, and garlic; saute. Add tomatoes, beef, tomato liquid, and paste; heat. Spoon this mixture over Ricotta and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake until melted. Serves 4.
