KITCHEN SINK COOKIES | |
1 c. whole wheat flour 1/4 c. soy flour 1 1/3 c. rolled oats 1/4 c. milk powder (or 1/3 c. instant) 2/3 c. carob nuggets (or 1 whole pkg.) 1/4 c. raw chopped nuts 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. coconut 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger 2/3 c. raisins 1/3 c. sunflower seeds 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. oil 1/4 c. molasses Mix all dry ingredients (everything except eggs, honey, oil and molasses). Mix wet ingredients together. Then add to dry. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, after dropping on cookie sheet by tablespoons. (2 cookies = 3 grams of usable protein.) |
