KITCHEN SINK SALAD 
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1/2 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 bunch of spinach leaves
1 apple
4 stalks celery
1 c. grapes
1/4 c. blue cheese
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 can of mandarin orange slices
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
Pinch of mint leaves

Wash all produce. Drain. Slice apples and celery into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Toss thoroughly and serve.

NOTE: For a main dish, add a smoked chicken.
