7 LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
Celery, green onions, green pepper, chopped
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped; optional
1 pkg. cooked and cooled frozen peas
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream with 2 tbsp. sugar on top
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
8 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbles (or Bacos)

Place ingredients in clear glass salad bowl in order given; do not stir. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Serve unstirred. Excellent for buffets. NOTE: Can also be made in 9 x 13 inch pan.
