CLAM CHOWDER 
1 qt. chopped clams
1 qt. clam juice
1 1/2 pt. water
1/3 lb. salt pork
1/2 pt. dehydrated onions
2 1/2 lbs. Ore Ida hash browns

In large pot fry sliced salt pork until crispy; remove pieces and discard. Put onions that have been soaked in water, in grease. Fry until clear.
