CREAM CHEESE - BEEF SPREAD
APPETIZER
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. milk
1 (3 oz.) jar dried chipped beef, shredded
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter

Cream cheese with milk. Add onion flakes, seasonings, and beef. Fold in sour cream. Place in small casserole. Saute chopped pecans in 2 tablespoons butter. Spread over creamed mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot, with crackers.
