DUCK BREAST SHISH-KABOB 
Filet both sides of duck breast, removing meat from the bone. Cut meat into cubes and marinate in Italian dressing for 24 hours. Wrap each cube of meat with bacon and place on a skewer with onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, etc. Cook on a grill until done, taking care not to over cook.
