Tastes great with pita bread as a sandwich! 1 lb. lean ground beef 4 large potatoes, diced small 7 large garlic cloves, diced fine 2 cups chopped cilantro 2 tsp. cinnamon powder 1 tsp. salt red chili powder (to taste) 2 tbsp. olive oil Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes. Deep fry until brown. Dice garlic very fine until almost a paste. Fry garlic in a pan with olive oil for 3 minutes. Add ground beef and brown. Add cinnamon, salt and chili powder, to taste. Add the fried potatoes to the mixture in pan. Add the chopped cilantro and 1/2 cup of water, mix well. Simmer uncovered until water dries. Enjoy! Submitted by: Imad Zahr |
