HOT GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
1/4 lb. bacon, diced (about 4 slices)
3/4 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced onion
1 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
dash pepper
4 cups sliced cooked potatoes
2 tsp. parsley

Brown bacon and set aside on paper towels. Add celery and onion to bacon drippings and cook until onion is limp. Stir in next 8 ingredients. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Fold in potatoes, parsley and bacon. Cover and heat.

Makes 6 servings.
