STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
3 lbs. ground meat
1 1/2 c. instant rice
1 egg
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
2 c. water

Boil cabbage until soft. Let cool. Mix ground meat, rice and egg. Spread open cabbage leaf, stuff with meat mixture. Roll closed. Put in large baking pan and spread sauerkraut, tomato sauce and tomato soup on top. Add 2 cups water. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
