CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. ground meat 1 sm. head cabbage, chopped 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 cans tomato soup 2 cans water Brown meat and onions, stir in rice, salt and pepper. Heat soup and water until smooth. Place cabbage in 9 x 13 inch pan, put meat and rice mixture on cabbage. Pour soup over meat and rice mixture. Cover with foil while baking at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
