CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 lg. head cabbage, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce bits
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 egg

Mix ingredients together and bake in large pan lined with foil at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
