PUMPKIN PECAN BARS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. cooking oil

Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt; sift. Beat together eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add flour mixture; beat well and stir in pecans. Put in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting for Pumpkin Bars:

1 softened (3 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients well and add powdered sugar, beating well until smooth. Frost the cool pumpkin bars.
