SUKI YAKI (JAPANESE STEW) | |
Round steak, slivered 2 carrots, sliced 1 bag French cut green beans 6 long stem green onions, cut 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/2 c. water 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. red wine 1 tbsp. sugar Cook first 5 ingredients in a small amount of oil in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes. Mix next 4 ingredients. Add to skillet and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over brown rice. |
