SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
1 cut up chicken
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can pineapple chunks

Dip chicken in egg. Mix cornstarch and garlic salt. Roll chicken in mixture. Pour cooking oil in fry pan or skillet. Brown chicken. Make sauce of remaining ingredients. Place chicken in baking pan; cover with sauce. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Drain pineapple juice off first and garnish.
