RHUBARB PIE | |
3 c. rhubarb 1 c. white sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 egg 1/2 c. brown sugar 3 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. flour Mix together rhubarb, sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and egg. Put in unbaked 8 inch pie shell. Mix brown sugar, butter and 2 tablespoons flour. Spread over pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. |
