MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/8 c. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
1 tsp. rosemary seasoning
1/2 tsp. ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
4 medium chicken breasts

Mix first 7 ingredients together in a large bowl. Add desired amount of salt and pepper. Pound chicken breasts to tenderize and soften. Put chicken into bowl. Rub the wet ingredients into the chicken. Cover and keep marinated in the refrigerator for up to 5 hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the chicken in a covered baking dish. Discard extra liquid.

Bake for 30-40 minutes
