RINGS AND THINGS BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 c. macaroni
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 (6 oz.) can fried onion rings
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain and set aside. Butter a 9x13x2 inch or 2-quart baking dish.

Combine macaroni with beef and all other ingredients, except cheese and onion rings, in large bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with half the cheese, then half the onion rings. Repeat layers. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
