CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Place foil cupcake liners in 2 (12 per) muffin pans. Mix above ingredients and divide among cups. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Mix 1 pint sour cream with 1/3 cup sugar. Spoon on cupcakes and bake 5 minutes more. Cool. Top with pie cherries or pineapple.
