1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Drop vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake paper. Cream all of the above ingredients together. Drop one tablespoon on top of vanilla wafer. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Add topping: Blueberries, cherry pie filling or apple pie filling.
