CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Sm. vanilla wafer cookies

Beat cheese with mixer until light and fluffy. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat thoroughly. Use paper cupcake holders. Place holders in muffin tin. Put wafer in cupcake holder. Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes. When cool, top with cherry pie filling.
