3/4 c. stale beer
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. flour

Mix ingredients to form a batter. Wash fish and dry on a paper towel (the dryer the better). Dip fish into batter. Drop into grease.
