GOOD AND EASY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 (29 oz.) can mixed vegetables, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of potato soup
1 envelope beefy onion dry soup mix
1 c. water
1 tbsp. old-fashioned pepper sauce

Combine all ingredients except pepper sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir in pepper sauce.
