EASY VEGETABLE SOUP | |
4 c. beef broth 1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up 1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained 1/2 c. shell macaroni 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. finely chopped carrot 1 c. corn, drained 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed 1/4 tsp. dried thyme, crushed In a 4 quart pan combine all ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 8. |
