QUICK BROWN RICE 
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 c. brown rice
1/2 c. green bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. chopped green onions

Place chicken broth in a 2 quart microwave dish. Cover tightly. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir in rice, bell pepper, and green onions. Recover. Adjust power level to medium. Microwave 10 to 15 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork. 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
