QUICK CHILE RICE CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chile powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
10 oz. corn
1 c. diced green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper and chile powder. Add all the rest of the ingredients except rice and cheese and bring to a boil. Add rice. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Top with rice and corn chips if desired and simmer until cheese melts. A great meat in no time at all!!
